 Мета роботи: описати клінічні прояви та тяжкість когнітивних порушень, а також їх предиктори у підлітків з депресією. До досліджуваної групи було залучено 40 підлітків з депресією, до контрольної — 40 підлітків без психічних розладів. Усі підлітки обстежені з використанням «Реєстру шизо- фре нії та афективних розладів у дітей шкільного віку (сьогодні та протягом життя)» (K-SADS- PL), Контрольного переліку травматичних подій (TESI-C) та батареї нейрокогнітивних тестів для оцінки когнітивних функцій. За результатами дослідження встановлено, що у дітей досліджуваної групи, порівняно з контрольною, значно нижчі показники тестів зорової, слухової уваги та запам’ятовування слів (усі p < 0,005). Посттравматичний стресовий розлад, генералізований тривожний розлад та наявність перенесеної психологічної травматизації були статистично значущими предикторами тяжкості когнітивних порушень у підлітків з депресіями.
