Анотацiя В работе представлено клиническое описание серии 11 пациентов с вероятным диагнозом прогрессирующего надъядерного паралича (синдром Стила — Ричардсона — Ольжевского). Случаи отобраны в процессе изучения клинической структуры синдрома паркинсонизма в популяционной когорте 372 больных (Винницкая область, Подольский регион Украины) и составили 2,96 %. Диагноз базировался на клинических диагностических критериях NINDS — SPSP. Описаны особенности глазодвигательных расстройств, нарушений позы и ходьбы, когнитивных и эмоциональных нарушений у больных с надъядерным параличом. Указываются сопутствующие расстройства и отличия синдрома от идиопатической болезни Паркинсона, особенности диагностики и лечения. Приводится обзор литературы по проблеме.
