Анотацiя DOI: https://doi.org/10.36927/2079-0325-V29-is2-2021-14 Персоналізована медицина — це інноваційний підхід, що враховує індивідуальні біологічні, соціальні та психологічні відмінності людей під час розроблення заходів профілактики та лікування захворювань. Цілі персоналізованої медицини в психіатрії — передбачити сприйнятливість індивіда до хвороб, досягти точного діагнозу та привести до ефективного та сприятливого реагування на лікування. Персоналізована медицина вже є звичною річчю в різних галузях медицини, проте щодо лікування шизофренії, попри велику потребу, є мало розвиненою. У цій статті проаналізовано наявну в літературі інформацію щодо використання антипсихотиків в терапії шизофренії з позицій персоналізованої медицини з метою виокремлення рекомендацій, які дадуть змогу підвищити ефективність терапії психотичних симптомів та визначити вектор подальших наукових пошуків в цьому напрямі. Попри існування багатьох міжнародних та локальних керівництв і протоколів щодо терапії антипсихотиками, досі є проблема раннього визначення, який антипсихотик буде найбільш ефективним та безпечним для конкретного пацієнта — пацієнти зазвичай проходять терапію різними антипсихотиками, перш ніж оптимальний буде визначений В терапії шизофренії жодний антипсихотичний препарат та жодне дозування не є універсальними. Отже, для максимізації ефекту та мінімізації ризику появи побічних ефектів потрібно зважати на чисельні індивідуальні характеристики кожного окремого пацієнта. Зокрема, слід зважати на такі характеристики: стать, вік, особливості клінічної картини (домінантна симптоматика, час появи симптомів та їх інтенсивність), коморбідні психічні та соматичні розлади, наявність/відсутність шкідливих звичок, відповідь на попередню терапію (якщо така була). З огляду на можливість застосування широкого діапазону дозування амісульприду та його та значущу ефективність у зменшенні симптомів різних груп у різних категорій пацієнтів, він має потенціал до широкого використання у персоналізованій психіатрії.
